Dr Alistair Somerville

Dr Alistair Somerville completed a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at Auckland University in 1997. He has worked as a General Practitioner for over 20 years and became a Fellow of the Royal New Zealand College of GPs in 2006. Alistair has a special interest in men’s health and now leads the Auckland Men’s Clinic.
“Through my work as a GP I have seen the impact that sexual dysfunction can have on a man’s well-being, relationships and mental health. It can be a distressing and challenging experience. Being able to talk through the issues in an open and reassuring environment is important to finding a solution.
